Simple, straightforward information
GOOD PARTS. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
We dismantle vehicles and sell used replacement parts. Please read the information below before placing an order or agreeing to sell us a vehicle.
Our Used Parts
Our parts come from vehicles being dismantled. They are second-hand, so signs of age or use are normal. We'll explain any significant faults we know about, and each part should match its description.
Getting the Right Part
Before buying, check the vehicle details and part number where possible. Tell us what you need so we can help identify a suitable option. Some components should be inspected and fitted by a qualified professional.
Prices & Orders
Prices and availability are confirmed for each part. An enquiry alone does not reserve an item. We’ll confirm the total price, payment arrangements and any collection or delivery costs before you agree to buy.
Collection & Delivery
Parts can be collected from our Bilston yard or delivered where agreed. We'll confirm how your order will be supplied and the expected timing. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or appears incorrect.
Returns & refunds
IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT.
Contact us first. We'll explain the next steps and deal with your request according to your consumer rights.
Changed your mind?
For most consumer orders completed online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the part, then normally have another 14 days to return it. Legal exceptions may apply. We'll explain any applicable return costs before the sale.
Part faulty or incorrect?
Used parts still carry consumer rights. Where a part is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy. A 30-day right to reject qualifying faulty goods normally applies, with other rights continuing afterwards.
For a valid distance-sale cancellation, refunds are made within the legal timeframe, including standard outward delivery costs where required. A purchase completed in person does not automatically include a change-of-mind right. Your statutory rights always remain.
How to tell us you want to cancel a distance order
You can simply email info@scrapzillabreaker.com and tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. Or, if you prefer, use the optional cancellation form below:
To: Scrapzilla Breaker Limited, 7b Withy Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 0RX · info@scrapzillabreaker.com
I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [item(s)]
Ordered on: [date] / received on: [date]
Name of customer(s): [name(s)]
Address of customer(s): [address]
Signature (only if sending this form on paper): [signature]
Date: [date]
This form is optional; a clear email or other clear statement is enough to notify us. We'll explain the relevant return instructions.
Selling a car to us
Any offer depends on the vehicle’s details, condition, ownership and the arrangements agreed with our team. If a vehicle is being legally scrapped, cash payment is not permitted in England and Wales. See our Sell Your Car page or ask us about the process.
Buying through eBay
For parts ordered on eBay, please check the individual listing and platform checkout for the price, item description and delivery details. eBay processes may apply, but they do not take away your legal consumer rights. Visit our eBay page.
NEED HELP WITH AN ORDER?
Our Bilston team can help with parts enquiries, a return or a vehicle sale.
